When do I upload design/text files?

You can upload your design/text files after payment. Our design team will get back you with design for proof check. when you are happy with design then we will print and deliver within 5-7 days.  If you want to cancel your order, we offer a refund policy before production*.

What happens after I placed order?

Once you pay for your order, you will be prompted to upload/email your artwork, images or text files, which our talented artwork team will check to ensure it meets the submission specifications. We’ll then send you a digital proof before the order can be printed. Once you’re happy with the final proof, you can approve it for production. Only with your approval will your order go into production!
